Regular Activities
The SS. Peter & Paul Conference meets twice a month on the second and fourth Mondays at 7:00 PM. Each meeting includes reports of recent assistance to those in need, an accounting of funds of the conference and most importantly, prayer and reflection. Any visits that need to be conducted in the coming weeks are then assigned.

Other events are conducted on an annual basis or as needed. These events have been held regularly in the past few years:

  • Holiday Food Baskets
  • Collecting School Supplies for Back-to-School
  • Staffing the Van for Donation of Clothing and Other Items

  • Spiritual Growth/Benefits of Participating in this Ministry
Volunteers grow in friendship with each other as they strive to seek out the needy Christ in their neighbors and alleviate needs. They grow closer to God as they reflect on Gospel values that energize their work in the community.

Specific Requirements to Consider if Participating in this Ministry
Meeting attendance is not required to belong to the conference, however, those visiting and providing direct aid are encouraged to share their experiences for the growth of all volunteers. Confidentiality is essential as well as social skills required to conduct a visit in a competent manner.
